Hunt in the forests, fields and wetlands of the Moosalamoo Region. Hunted is permitted throughout the Green Mountain National Forest, with the exception of areas in and around campgrounds and other developed recreation areas. Hunters are responsible for ensuring they are on National Forest land, which is generally marked with red blazes. There are opportunities for big game, small game, upland birds and wild turkey.
